Delivery Timescales
We do not accept any liability or claim arising from late delivery. Whereas we will endeavour despatch orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control such as delays experienced by the postal services, which may lead to late delivery.
If we are aware that your order will be late, we will notify you immediately and keep you posted on the status of your order.
If your order has not arrived within a week of the schedule timescale, then please contact us on delivery@greenbirds.co.uk and we will investigate for you.
Responsibility for Local Taxes and/or Import Duties
When we ship books for delivery outside the United Kingdom, we will not be liable for any local taxes and/or import duties that may be payable. This is the responsibility of the recipient to whom the book delivery is addressed. We would advise you to check procedures and possible costs by contacting the local customs office of your country as customs policies vary from country to country.
