Permissions Guidelines
No part of Greenbirds’ publications may be reprinted, reproduced, stored in or introduced into a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Greenbirds nor be otherwise circulated in any form of binding or cover other than that in which Greenbirds’ books are published and without a similar condition being imposed on the subsequent purchaser. Any unauthorised act in relation to Greenbirds’ publications may be liable to criminal prosecution and civil claims for damages.
Permission requests to use Greenbirds’ material should include the following information:
(Please ensure you have read ALL that follows carefully as incomplete requests will only cause you delay)
- Title and author of our book
- ISBN of our book
- Year of publication
- Material you wish to use
- How it will be used
- Title and author of your book
- Your publisher’s name. (Requests without a publisher will not be considered)
- ISBN of your book
- Publication date of your book
- Price of your book
- Format [hardback/paperback/audio/CD etc]
- Territory of distribution for your book [U.K., U.S.A, Canada, Autralia, World, etc.]
- Print run [total number of copies to be printed]
- Your complete postal address, email address and contact telephone number
