Returns
Greenbirds guarantees books purchased through this website. If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, provided that the book is returned to us in its original condition (unopened with seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 30 days of your order, we will gladly issue you a full refund. Copies that have been signed by the author upon your request are excluded from this guarantee.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will refund both the original delivery charge and the cost of return postage provided that the book is returned to us in its original condition (unopened with seals and shrink-wrap intact), within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Our books are despatched so that they are not damaged in transit, however should you receive goods that are damaged, we will refund both the original delivery charge and the cost of return postage, provided that the book is returned to us in its original condition (unopened with seals and shrink-wrap intact), within 7 days of receipt of goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information. Please contact us on customerservices@greenbirds.co.uk and we will provide you with a reference number and delivery instructions so that you may return the item(s) back to us.
